One night, Dad went down the hallway after bedtime and noticed that the bathroom light had been switched on. Around the corner, he found his daughter reading a book by the light in the doorway of her bedroom. When asked what she was doing out of bed, she very matter-of-factly told her father, "I was reading a book about your life." Dad gets to be "Doc Hudson" from the movie Cars at our house, and sure enough, she was reading her book about Doc Hudson! Above, Abby shows off one of her dress-up outfits and one of her dance moves.
