Right now, Abby is recovering from a rug burn and bruise by her left eye. Where did she pick up this injury? Leaping out of her crib on Friday afternoon! Since then she has been sleeping in the toddler bed because we are afraid to put her back in the crib for fear of her jumping out again and breaking her neck! This has made nap time much more difficult. Yesterday she fell asleep in the car and slept all the way through the grocery store trip and back home. Today she fell asleep while sitting on Dad's lap reading books.
Now for an Evan update! Friday morning he had his two month checkup and three shots. If you watch him long enough you can actually see this kid grow. He has grown four inches in the last two months and is off of the chart for height. He weighed thirteen pounds twelve ounces - exactly four pounds more than when he was born and is at the 95th percentile on weight. His head measurement stuck him at the ninetieth percentile.
Things are looking quite different at our house right now as there is no fence around our patio at the moment, so we are feeling very exposed to everyone on the bike trail. Soon we will have a new vinyl fence up with gates so that we can have Abby outside without worrying that she is going to high tail it to the street.

You have the best mom. I totally heart her. Abby looks so pretty, I love that dress. Yellow must be her signature color.
I'd be freaked out by those people on the bike trail. Aaron was on it with the girls yesterday but I don't think they made it that far.
