Most parents can give you a story about their heart beating a little too fast after something their children did sent them into a panic. Evan did this to his mom the other day. Mom was feeding Brooke and Evan and Abby were playing. Things got quiet and about that time Abby came and asked if anyone knew where her brother was. Although Mom could see all of the doors and was pretty certain he had gone down the basement, her heart did start beating faster when she walked from room to room calling his name without getting an answer. Mom and Abby looked behind doors, under beds, in every closet, behind furniture, but could not find Evan. After running through the room at the bottom of the stairs for the tenth time, Mom noticed a large storage tote that normally holds all of the train tracks was upside down. This is not anything abnormal, the kids are often dumping things out of their containers and leaving their toys everywhere. Upon picking up the storage bin, Mom found Evan, with a little grin on his face. "You couldn't find me!" he smiled. What a relief!
