We used to sit and eat in the kitchen, but now that Brooke sitting with us at meals we have not done that in a while. The table in our kitchen has become an art station for the kids, which is great because they can let their creative juices flow and tell a cooking or dish washing Mom or Dad what is on their little minds. And we get quite a bit of artwork this way, too - right now Abby has decorated the chandelier in our dining room for St. Patty's Day with shamrocks she made herself.
