By now, Evan should be all partied out. If he does not recognize the birthday song and know that he is one year old, it is no fault of ours. This little boy had three, count 'em, three, birthday parties! One on his actual birthday, one the weekend after with family/friends, and one with the playgroup buddies on Playgroup Monday.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to Evan having a great first birthday. He was spoiled by friends and family alike and his big sister may one day even let him play with his presents (she has already latched onto a few and used that nasty "mine" word). Abby is probably about the only one that is not partied out. She thoroughly enjoyed the partying and if every day was a birthday party, that would be fine by her. Here are Evan's birthday cakes:
The first party animal - this is a giraffe, hopefully that is obvious!
Next - the lion cake, since March comes in like a lion.
And finally, the lamb with the tiny head (oops). Should have spent more time on this one!
