Wisconsin Will Never Be the Same

September has been a pretty good month. Both kids are enjoying school, we have gone apple picking, been on a train museum trip, had the fire pit going, and sneaked in a vacation to Wisconsin with Grandma and Grandpa. We were only gone for three nights and four days but it was perfect. The hotel where we stayed had three water parks and we visited all three plus we took an Army Duck trip and went on a wagon ride through a narrow canyon. One of the highlights for Mom and Dad was having the opportunity to go on a date on our ninth anniversary and not having to pay a babysitter.
Above is a picture taken the week before vacation. When we told the kids about the trip they were excited, and Abby decided to start gathering everything she wanted to take with her and put it next to the door so it could be easily carried to the car.
