Decorating the tree happened in several shifts this year over the period of a week. We mostly let the kids decorate the tree so there was a heavier concentration of ornaments toward the bottom of the tree, sometimes several on one branch that had to be thinned out. Evan's new ornament this year was Mater and he only made it about an hour before he had been dropped and lost his back wheels. Nothing a little super glue could not fix, but it is pretty hard for a three year old to resist playing with the ornaments like they are toys.Above, Mommy's little helpers have their aprons, tutus, and engineer hats on to mix up some Christmas muffins for their teachers.
