On Friday, Abby had her nine month check-up. For good reason, Abby was a little uneasy at the doctor's office. She was uncomfortable and looked scared even when they were weighing and measuring her. Then came the meningitis shot, which sort of burned. At least that was the only shot she had to have this time. As usual, she screamed like a Banshee, but then calmed down pretty quick. Everyone in the office felt sorry for her when they saw the big crocodile tears on her little face.
I was really surprised at how little our "little peanut" really is. She is at the 10th percentile on weight at 16 lbs 4 oz and at the 25th percentile on height at 27 and a quarter inches long. She is just little and that is fine. And yes, we do feed her, but maybe she is wearing it all off with all of the kicking, crawling, and rapid arm waving.
Above is a picture of her from Sunday where she just folded herself in half and took a nap. Looks very uncomfortable, but she slept for about 40 minutes like that.

the 10th percentile? Are you kidding me? Makenna weighed 15 lbs at her 4 month checkup. I am not kidding. Her 6 months is on Friday. So basicaly, Makenna could eat Abby. And she would probably try, too.
P.S. Good for you Abby, those monkeys must be DESTROYED!!!
