Abigail R. McGinnis, pictured at left, has been charged with second degree assault. Authorities received a call on 12:23 on Tuesday from a concerned neighbor.McGinnis initially denied any wrongdoing, saying, "Rah, rah, bah, bah, bah." The incident, however, was caught on videotape inside the McGinnis home.
Charles A. "Charlie" Monkey suffered trauma to the upper part of his tube and was listed in stable condition on Wednesday at Fruit of the Loom Hospital for Monkeys. In an interview yesterday, he told reporters, "Ooh ooh ooh ah ah!"
McGinnis is currently being held in her crib and could face up to one hour in Pack'n'Play prison if convicted of the crime.

I guess she will just have to come and live with her Grandma in Kansas City rather than being put in the Pack-n-Play prison. House arrest at Grandma's being spoiled would be much better for her.
Oh, the humanity! For Abby's sake, I hope the monkey recovers soon.
