Two kids, one bike trailer, seventeen miles. Most men approached with that would run away screaming. Not Abby and Evan's father. He was a trooper and took them both for a seventeen mile bike ride the day before Mother's Day. The last few miles were a little tense, but for the most part they fared well. At the end of the ride they ate most of dad's meal and enjoyed watching some Three Stooges movies that were playing in the dining tent. Evan somehow fell out of the van and scraped up his head on a curb, but luckily he was okay.Here are the brother and sister on our Mother's Day trip to the Gardens. They absolutely loved running around there all afternoon and were not ready to leave at closing time.
