The weather on Monday was just gorgeous and we also had my cousin Amy in town visiting us, so we made a trip over to the St. Louis Zoo.
Abby was a perfect angel the entire day. She saw a lot of animals, but the two favorites were definitely the giraffes and the chimpanzees. Some of the time she seemed just as interested in the other kids there - and there were plenty of wild ones. I am sure that her excitement level at the zoo will only grow over the next few years. We are so glad there is free admission to the zoo, because we know we will be going back there quite a bit in the next few years.
